I did not check the pool heat our 3rd and final day because I had canceled it and we were at Disney from 9 am-9-pm. I give this house a very poor rating for this reason alone. There are tons of other places to rent that are much nicer for the same price and closer. It is also not minutes from Disney. All the photos look better than the place does, it is pretty beat up. I read in someone else's review that one of the twin beds was bad.

The property is conveniently located near many restaurants, grocery stores and a Walmart a short distance away. We would definitely recommend this property and will stay again if we’re in the area. This beautiful 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms townhome accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. It is beautifully designed to create the perfect balance between both a sunshine lifestyle and nature itself. I messaged again a few days before check-in to make sure it would be warm when we checked in, again they said yes. I checked it again on Saturday morning, it was still cold. I continued to message asking for a refund and they keep saying they were sending it.

Sawgrass bay is a wonderful community located immediately off the us hwy 27 corridor in south lake county. Yes, there are 138 pet friendly vacation homes and places to stays that are available in or near Clermont that you may consider. The club house offers a great pool, fitness center, game rooms, lounging areas, covered outdoor seating and hot tubs, so the guest can enjoy the best of their vacation. Club house it is available, however we do not advise guest to open and use because of the risk for Covid19.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open floorplan,... This spacious 4bed2 bath is in the friendly neighborhood of sawgrass in clermont! It has a split floor plan and a family/dining... DO NOT RENT THIS PLACEMy major issue with the rental was paying for the pool heat and the pool not being heated. The pool was COLD at check-in and the next day. I had messaged with them prior to adding pool heat to make sure it would be warm on the day we checked in, they assured me that it would.

This isn’t a huge deal considering we’re in Florida, but it could have a more negative impact for people who aren’t locals. Location is in a very nice neighborhood. It was cool to drive through an area where children still play out in the streets.
